ORDER PROCESSING
I always try to ship your order as quickly as possible. If it is in stock, I will ship it out within 48 hours. Many items are made to order and will take up to 2 weeks to send. Normally, I can make it and ship within a week. I will send you an email upon receiving your order and let you know when it will ship. If you are in a rush, please email me and let me know so I can do my best to get it to you by the time you need it.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
I will ship USPS mail with tracking and insurance. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped. I can not be not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery, due to force of nature or other unmanageable events. I do not pay shipping, duties, or taxes on any items that are returned.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders will be shipped USPS priority with insurance for $60.00 (Canada $40.00). It usually takes 2 to 10 days depending on the destination. Any additional fees for imports, customs etc are to be paid by the customer at the time of delivery.
PAYMENT OPTIONS
I accept major credit cards and payments through PayPal and Square.

REPAIR
Please contact me with any repairs needed. I guarantee free repair service for one year from the date of your purchase. This applies to normal wear and tear. To request a repair, please contact me before returning the item.
